“Collect beautiful moments and let them tell your life story.” – Proverbial Saying
Welcome Steve of Steve Hyde Photography Blog. Steve is the guest host for our challenge this week! The topic he chose turned out to be a little challenging for me; it’s difficult looking at so many photos and only choosing a few. He suggested we select five of our very best images to feature, it was fun to sort through my archives and relive some good memories!
The first image is the vase of red tulips sitting on the table near the window. One particular morning, I noticed how vibrant the flower petals appeared as the bright sunlight was shining on the petals. Fortunately my camera was close by.
An early morning walk before the sun cleared out the fog over the Atlantic Ocean. This was on Marginal Way in Ogunquit, Maine.
Tucker, our cocker spaniel, loved playing with everything he saw when he was a puppy. I took this while he was concentrating one of his favorite toys and waiting for me to give it to him.
This orchid arrangement was surrounded by an abundant amount of sunlight in our foyer area. With all the colors and contrast, I wanted to create an artsy look and edited the image using Topaz Studio.
Portrait of a worker at a nearby shrimping company who was kind enough to grant me permission to take his picture.
Hope you have enjoyed seeing these images. Be sure to check out Steve’s great pictures by clicking on the link at the beginning of this post.
